In your role as our Manager, People Analytics & Technology, you will be a critical partner to our growing global team on people analytics and systems related topics. You are fully dedicated to internal clients, their needs and duties, and above all else - removing friction. What to expect?

  • Develop the people analytics and technology vision, strategy and roadmap for a fully integrated People technology ecosystem (HRIS, LMS, ATS, Payroll, Performance Management, Jira, etc.) 
  • Partner with People team and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline and automate processes through the use of our systems 
  • Partner in the development of our departmental KPIs and metrics to track our success and inform our direction as we quickly scale
  • Lead the development of departmental and companywide dashboards, ensuring leadership has access to the right information at the right time, with a focus on self-service reporting
  • Lead ad hoc in-depth analysis, modeling, and reporting, providing insight that drives informed business decisions
  • Lead the effort to review, select, and implement People related systems (e.g. Workday)
  • Lead development of training, user procedures, guidelines and documentation 
  • Change management and communication around the use of people systems
  • Manage and build the people analytics and technology team

What you need to be successful?

  • Experience leading a team in a rapidly growing, distributed and global organization
  • Experience with data visualization software (Tableau or similar), programming (SQL, R, or similar), statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools
  • Experience with survey design, development, and reporting
  • Experience turning disparate data into easy to understand, compelling stories through both written and visual communication
  • Proven ability to translate system and process requirements into fully fleshed out proposals for process enhancements and systems implementation
  • Experience working cross functionally and with senior leadership
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation

Colorado Salary Statement: The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.

Colorado Salary Range: $135,000 - $145,000
[This position is eligible for equity awards, annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards in accordance with the terms of Contentful’s variable compensation plans.]
