We are seeking a passionate Senior Benefits Manager to join our growing People Team. This role will report to the Compensation & Benefits Leader and will be responsible for the administration of global employee benefit and wellness programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance plans, disability, and retirement plans.

What to expect?

  • Partner with our brokers, plan administrators, and venders to set up and administer competitive benefits plans in the US and outside the US
  • Provide day to day support to employees on benefits plans
  • Manage leaves of absence process
  • Review our benefits plans regularly to ensure compliance, competitiveness and alignment with company strategy and growth plans
  • Lead renewal process for benefits plans
  • Manage the annual benefits open enrollment process from start to finish
  • Spearhead company efforts to build a wellness program
  • Analyze program usage and effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
  • Lead benefits communication efforts to ensure employee awareness, education and understanding (including written communications and presentations) 

What you need to be successful?

  • 8+ years of experience designing and administering global benefits programs (experience with US and EMEA benefits required)
  • Strong experience with leave of absence administration
  • A solid understanding of legislation and compliance items related to benefits and leave administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to empathize
  • Strong sense of urgency and a customer-first mindset
  • Experience managing leaves and open enrollment in an HRIS system (such as Workday) a plus

Colorado Salary Statement: The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.

Colorado Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000
[This position is also eligible for equity awards in accordance with our equity award programs]
