Support in the preparation and filing of HR documents as well as maintenance and updating of employee data in our HRIS
Daily communication and interaction with our employees from all over the world and support of our new hires who move to Berlin
Update und maintenance as well as support in the formulation of internal policies and guidelines for our Intranet
Answer first level requests in our ticketing system and take care of the postmail
Cooperate in running projects with administrative focus
You are currently enrolled at a college/university and can work for us up to 20h/week
You would like to gain practical experience in the personnel area
You communicate fluently in English and German
You work daily with smartphone and laptop and are confident in using online tools such as G Suite, MS Office
You work detail-oriented and enjoy the daily interaction with employees
