About the Rich Text Versioning app
The Rich Text Versioning app helps content creators quickly and confidently review changes in their rich text fields before publishing. Designed for anyone managing content in Contentful’s web app, it adds a simple “Compare versions” button to any enabled rich text field. A two-column comparison displays the current content versus the last published version. Additions, removals, and modifications—including embedded entries and assets—are clearly highlighted, making it easy to identify exactly what has changed.
