Contentful Personalization user interface updates
We’ve updated terminology across Contentful Personalization to better describe its capabilities, and how you can use the available features to optimize content for your audiences.
As part of this update, Experiences are now called Optimizations, better reflecting how you can use them to personalize content, run experiments, and make data-driven decisions based on analytics.
We’ve also updated the names of the three content types that are automatically added when you install the Contentful Personalization app:
- Ninetailed Experience is now Optimization
- Ninetailed Audience is now Audience
- Merge Tag is now Dynamic Tag.
NOTE: If you’re an existing customer and have previously renamed any of these content types, your custom names will remain unchanged. This ensures that your existing setup is preserved.
Important: These updates only affect terminology in the user interface. No changes to your code or existing implementations are required.
