Improved cancellation flow for subscriptions

You can now cancel your Contentful subscription directly in the web app, without contacting support.

When a subscription is cancelled:

  • Recurring billing will stop, so you won’t be charged for future renewals.
  • Your organization will move to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period, and you’ll retain access to your current plan until then.
  • You’ll see a confirmation banner in the web app, and a cancellation email will be sent to the organization owner.

This improvement is only available to customers on our Lite plan.
