To cancel subscription: 

1. Log in to the Contentful web app.

2. Navigate to the Organization subscription page.

3. Click the Change plan button.

4. Select the Free plan.

5. Click Downgrade.

6. In the Cancellation in progress modal, click Cancel plan.

Once you confirm cancellation of subscription:

• Your recurring billing stops immediately. 

• Your organization will move to the Free plan at the end of your current billing period. 

• A confirmation banner Cancellation in progress will appear at the top of your Subscription page. 

• A cancellation email will be sent to the organization owner.
