The Content Operations Agent is an AI agent that automates repetitive content operations in Contentful available to all paid plans. Describe the outcome you want in natural language, and the agent plans the steps and does the work from the side panel of the web app.

With the Content Operations Agent, you can:

• Create pages and entries, including nested references, and reuse existing entries where relevant.
• Audit your content for outdated, incomplete, or unlinked entries.
• Apply tags, taxonomy, and other metadata across many entries in one request.
• Run your existing AI Actions with bulk operations, such as translation AI Suggestions and content edits.

The agent works within your existing permissions and never publishes, archives, or changes an entry without human approval.

The Content Operations Agent also integrates with Palmata. You can retrieve your Palmata answer engine optimization (AEO) recommendations in the agent and turn them into reviewed Contentful updates.
