Content Auditor is a powerful reporting and auditing tool built specifically for Contentful users. It provides clear, actionable insights into your content ecosystem by identifying unused content entries, orphaned media assets, and redundant content types—helping you keep your CMS lean, organized, and efficient.
Features
- Identify and list unlinked content entries that are no longer referenced by any content
- Generate a report of unused media assets, enabling you to clean up orphaned files that add unnecessary clutter to your media library
- Detect unused content types that no longer have any associated entries, helping you streamline your content model
- Select a specific content type and view its associated entries, with sorting options including: Updated (Newest First), Updated (Oldest First), Name (A–Z), and Name (Z–A)
- Select and delete unused entries, assets, and content types directly from the app interface
Requirements
- You must have a valid Contentful account and project. You must have a valid Content Management API (CMA) token
