To further this mission, we’re excited to welcome Karen McGrane and Jeff Eaton to the Contentful team. They are the founders of Autogram, a consulting group specializing in helping enterprise organizations with complex digital challenges, with deep expertise in content strategy and design systems.
Both Jeff and Karen bring more than 20 years of experience in large-scale web projects, helping organizations navigate challenges related to replatforming, redesigning, and operationalizing digital systems. They are also respected thought leaders in the CMS space, having worked with brands like IBM, Schwab, and Target.

Our relationship with the Autogram team dates back to the early days of Contentful, when they emerged as early advocates of headless and composable content management tools. Karen even worked closely with our co-founders Sascha Konietzke and Paolo Negri; from the beginning, they’ve had a pulse on the problems Contentful solves for customers, our evolution, and where we’re heading.
Now, having them fully integrated into the team will deliver immediate value for our customers, whether they are newly deploying Contentful or optimizing their use of the platform across the organization. In addition to aligning best practices for our customers, they will also play a key role in shaping our product vision and advising on how customers can best leverage our vast partner ecosystem.
