Bynder App
Find and use brand, marketing and product assets from your Bynder library
About the Bynder app
Bynder’s AI-powered digital asset management platform enables teams to navigate the chaos of proliferating content, touchpoints, and relationships, ultimately thriving. We are the brand ally that unifies and transforms the creation and sharing of assets.
The Bynder app enables editors to select media from their Bynder account directly within Contentful. Design and marketing teams can easily access their most recent assets.
Simply click Select a file on Bynder and select the assets you want to be referenced in your entry.
Features
Link your assets on Bynder from your Contentful entries using the Universal Compact View.
-
AI Search is available in the UCV. NLS and Similarity Search will be available when the AI Search package has been purchased (https://support.bynder.com/hc/en-us/articles/28988145584530-AI-Search-For-Universal- Compact-View-UCV)
-
MultiSelect and SingleSelectFile are supported
- Multiselect mode allows you to add multiple assets at once
- SingleSelectFile mode enables you to select an asset and choose the derivative you want to use. When the CX Omnichannel package has been purchased, you can Transform Assets on the fly within the UCV. It is highly recommended to contact your Bynder CSM to discuss upgrading to CX Omnichannel or an additional traffic package.
-
Asset Tracker: For this feature to function, you must enable the External References feature within Contentful.
- Users can view where an asset is used in an integration by using the Asset Tracker on the asset detail page, located under the Statistics tab.
-
The App supports Contentful's External References feature, allowing you to query the latest snapshot of stored Bynder assets via GraphQL. This enables you to retrieve up-to-date asset information directly from Bynder.
