Professional Racing Driver
Caitlin Wood is a professional racing driver and keynote speaker whose career spans some of the world’s most competitive GT and single-seater championships. She has competed in GT4, GT3, Porsche Sprint Challenge GB, and Formula Ford, as well as proudly representing Australia in the groundbreaking W-Series Championship. In 2023, Caitlin made history as the first Australian woman to win a class at the iconic Nürburgring Nordschleife in Germany.Now based in the UK, Caitlin is pursuing her ultimate goal of representing both women and Australia at the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans - an ambition that fuels her mission to break barriers and inspire others to follow their passions.
Alongside her racing career, Caitlin is an engaging and sought-after speaker, delivering keynotes that explore themes of resilience, high performance, innovation, and breaking through in traditionally male-dominant industries. Drawing on her experiences both on and off the track, she connects with audiences by sharing authentic insights into overcoming setbacks, adapting under pressure, and turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
In addition to speaking, Caitlin works as a driver coach and is a passionate advocate for women in sport and STEM, dedicated to inspiring all generations of engineers, drivers, and industry leaders to realise their full potential.
