Third Party License Restrictions for Contentful AI Functionality

Effective as of March 31, 2025

In accordance with the Contentful AI Terms of Service, the following safety, usage and related policies apply in respect of Contentful AI Functionality as set out below:

AI Actions	AWS Bedrock	AWS Responsible AI Policy; Applicable terms within the Anthropic on Bedrock - Commercial Terms of Service, including but not limited to those listed in the section titled “Trust and Safety; Restrictions” Applicable terms within the Anthropic Acceptable Use Policy.
AI Content Type Generator	OpenAI	OpenAI Usage policies, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in the section titled “Disallowed usage of our models” (e.g., gambling, multilevel marketing, adult content, dating apps, political campaigning or lobbying); and Applicable terms within the OpenAI sharing and publication policy.
Contentful Personalization AI capabilities (Audience Suggestions, Experience Suggestions, Variant Generation, Knowledge Base).	Google - Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI Platform OpenAI	The Google Gemini Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy. OpenAI Usage policies, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in the section titled “Disallowed usage of our models” (e.g., gambling, multilevel marketing, adult content, dating apps, political campaigning or lobbying); and Applicable terms within the OpenAI sharing and publication policy.
