Content Exporter removes the 40-entry export limit in the Contentful web app, giving users a practical way to extract large datasets for migration, analysis, or archiving. Using the Content Management API, it paginates through matching entries and builds a downloadable file directly in the browser. Users can narrow exports with filters, preview results before downloading, and choose exactly which fields and format they need.
