In May 2021, TMWX launched a new Retail Digital Sales Platform on behalf of BMW, beginning with selected retailers and rolling out to its 147-strong retail network across the UK. The innovative new platform gives retailers (BMW and MINI dealership operators) an agile, future-proofed online solution to support growth as the industry evolves around remote customer engagement.
The TMWX team deployed Contentful, which provides efficient branding and centralised publishing consistency for BMW and MINI, enabling the brand to centrally update all retailer websites with messaging and content in line with fast-changing conditions, through an easy to manage, extensible solution. Vines of Guildford, Stephen James of Enfield and Specialist Cars of Stevenage are already live on the Retailer Network, with response to the new front-end site and customer experience overwhelmingly positive, and increases across sales from leads, enquiries from the ROLN website and PHEV share.
