Attorney, Advocate for Trustworthy Technology, and Author of Technology Governance: Build Trust in Digital Innovation
Daniel Dobrygowski is the author of the book Technology Governance: Build Trust into Digital Innovation. He has held senior technology governance roles at law firms, tech companies, and international organizations. Daniel currently leads cybersecurity legal and AI governance at Sophos and was formerly Head of Governance and Trust at the World Economic Forum. At WEF, he established its work on trustworthy technology across cybersecurity, AI, and other fields. He teaches at Columbia University and his research has appeared in Harvard Business Review, Wired, TechPolicy.Press, and other publications.
Daniel is an advisory board member of the Digital Trust Council, served as an Expert Advisor to the OECD, on the NACD’s Blue Ribbon Commission on Board Oversight of Technology, and a board member of the Cyber Risk Institute. He has been recognized in the NACD Directorship 100 as one of the most influential leaders in the corporate governance community.
