Cancel Space License
To cancel an Available space license:
Log in to the Contentful web app.
Navigate to the top-left corner of the pane, select the Organization name, click Organization settings.
In the top pane, click Subscriptions.
On the Subscriptions page, scroll down to the “Space licenses” overview table.
For the space you want to cancel, click the triple dot icon in the right side of the row.
Click Cancel subscription.
NOTE: A space must not be assigned to an available space license in order to cancel. You can not cancel a space license if it is a courtesy license [link to FAQ page about courtesy license?].
To cancel a final paid license:
An Organization Owner must contact our support team to cancel a final paid license. Your Organization Owner(s) can be found on the Users tab under the Organization settings.
To cancel a courtesy space license:
Due to the complementary nature of the license, a courtesy license can not be canceled. For more information, please see our article on courtesy licenses.
