Contentful Preview Features Third Party License Restrictions

Effective as of December 5, 2025

In accordance with the Contentful Preview Features Terms of Service, the following safety, usage and related policies apply in respect of Contentful Preview Features which include Contentful AI Functionality as set out below:

AI Powered Taxonomy Suggestions	OpenAI	OpenAI Usage policies, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in the section titled “Disallowed usage of our models” (e.g., gambling, multilevel marketing, adult content, dating apps, political campaigning or lobbying); and Applicable terms within the OpenAI sharing and publication policy.
AI Powered Taxonomy Suggestions	AWS Bedrock	AWS Responsible AI Policy; Applicable terms within the Anthropic on Bedrock - Commercial Terms of Service, including but not limited to those listed in the section titled “Trust and Safety; Restrictions” Applicable terms within the Anthropic Acceptable Use Policy.
Analytics	OpenAI	OpenAI Usage policies, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in the section titled “Disallowed usage of our models” (e.g., gambling, multilevel marketing, adult content, dating apps, political campaigning or lobbying); and Applicable terms within the OpenAI sharing and publication policy.
