Introduction to content orchestration

Overview

Contentful provides a set of features that enable content orchestration across multiple spaces within an organization. With content orchestration, you can manage content and content types across different spaces in your organization.

NOTE: Only Premium plan customers have access to content orchestration. However, Apps across spaces are available to all plans.

The following features are available:

• Content model templates

• Cross-space references

• Apps across spaces

• External references

To use the orchestration features in your organization, you must first enable spaces for content orchestration. Every space enabled for content orchestration counts towards the quota of connected spaces on your plan. For more information, see Enable orchestration spaces.

NOTE: Only organization admins or owners have the required permissions to enable spaces for orchestration.
