As a member of an organization, you can view which teams you are a part of by clicking the Organization name in the sidebar > Teams. Here, you are able to see your team members, as well as which spaces you have access to as a member of this team.
As an Organization Owner or Organization Admin, you can view which teams a user is part of by navigating to Organization settings > Users tab. When you click on a user from the list, you can use the Teams toggle beneath their name to view which teams the user is part of.
