Upgrade or downgrade space (Community and Team)

To upgrade a space:
Log into the web app.
In the top-left of the navigation bar, click the organization name, then click “Organisation settings & subscriptions”.
Click on the Subscription tab.
Click “Upgrade” next to the space price in the Space type/price column.
From here, you’ll be able to select all current spaces and add payment details (if none are already added).
To downgrade a space:
Log into the web app.
In the top-left of the navigation bar, click the organization name, then click "Organisation settings & subscriptions".
Click on the Subscription tab.
Click the triple dot icon in the Created on column, and then on “Change space type”.
If your screen is greyed out in step 4, however over the question mark icon next to the pricing plan, and proceed as per instructions written in the pop-up window.
