Invite users

NOTE: Organization owners or admins can invite users.

To invite users:

  1. Log in to the Contentful web app.

  2. Click the environment switcher.

  3. Click the organization name, and select Organization settings & subscriptions.

  4. Navigate to the "Users" tab. The Users overview page is displayed.

  5. Click Invite users. Fill in the required information.

  6. Click Send invitations.

The invited users will receive an email with further instructions. Note that, for security reasons, invitations expire after 7 days.

Re-send invitation

If for any reason the user you invited did not receive an invitation, or their invitation link expires, you can easily re-send the invitation.

To re-send the invitation:

  1. Navigate to the "Users" tab as described above.

  2. Click the three-dotted icon (...) next to the invited user you wish to re-send an invitation to.

  3. Click Re-send invitation.
