Workflows

Workflows help you and your team codify your content creation process by defining clear steps and automating key actions. Integrate your workflow with notifications, task creation and AI actions. This ensures your content processes move efficiently through each stage.

Navigate to the “AI & Automations” tab, to configure one or multiple workflows to your entries.

Workflow dashboard

The Workflow dashboard displays a snapshot of the stages of your content development.

Known limitations

• Workflows is only available on specific plans. The number of workflows per space is dependent on your plan. For more information, reach out to your sales representative.

• One workflow can be attached to multiple content types. 

• You can create up to 20 steps in a workflow.
