Taxonomy: search and filter

To search for content with assigned taxonomy concepts in the search bar: 

1. Navigate to the "Content" tab and select “All content” to open the content search table. 

2. Under the content search bar, select the “Taxonomy” pill. 

3. Upon selecting the pill, a search bar item will appear. You can choose to manually search or filter by choosing from the hierarchy that displays under the search bar. 

   • To manually search, enter the name of the concept(s), alternative labels, hidden labels, and notations. Click the checkbox next to the concept to confirm. 

   • To choose from the hierarchy, scroll through the concepts and click the checkbox to make your selection.

NOTE: If you select a broader concept, the narrower concepts ‌will automatically be included in that selection.
